Piecekeeper Bag: Jan 31st & Feb 1st

| Skill Details: | Confident beginner: must know how to sew a straight stitch and be comfortable with a rotary cutter and fabric scissors. |
| Requirements: | Students will need to purchase the following materials for class at our shop: - the piecekeeper supply kit (includes pattern and materials to make the bag) Students will need to bring the following materials to class along with their sewing machine. Items will be available to purchase at the shop if needed. Students will receive a 15% discount on class supplies. - navy and orange polyester thread - 1/4" washaway basting tape - white chalk pencil for marking fabric - zipper foot (we recommend the adjustable version if you have one) - 75/11 or larger needles (size 12 would be ideal if you have them) - rotary cutter with a fresh blade - fabric scissors - general sewing notions such as your seam ripper, extra needles and bobbins, pins, etc We recommend the following items, though they are not required for class: - stilleto - 505 basting spray - 24" acrylic ruler (we love quilter's select) - Creative Grids rotary cutting circles - Creative Grids folded corner clipper - wonder clips - starch alternative spray (ie Best Press or Flatter) |
